Scottish Spa Specialists is a hot tub repair, servicing and relocation company based in Dundee, covering all surrounding areas, dedicated to helping customers with anything hot tub related. Whether it's maintenance, servicing, or repairs, we are here to assist you in a honest, friendly, reliable, and timely manner. I am passionate about ensuring that your experience with us is (almost) as relaxing as your time soaking in your hot tub - I take pride in providing the best service I can to my customers.
Trading as Fife & Dundee Hot Tub Hire (you can still find our website & Facebook page for years of 5 star reviews from satisfied customers), my business initially began with hiring out inflatable hot tubs since 2016 - slowly expanding & learning as our customer base continued to grow. In 2019 we began also offering hard shell models as part of our fleet, which greatly improved our services offered & reputation. We continue to offer hard shell & inflatable hot tubs for weekend & week hires in 2024 - (so if you're hot tub is out of action & in urgent need of a replacement- we can help with that too).
We continued to receive enquiries about repairs and relocations but having not received the correct training I always pointed customers elsewhere - however in 2023 I completed my CHTT training, which is BISHTA recognised, in England at 1 Stop Spas (which I would highly recommend to anyone with an interest in hot tubs, plumbing or electrics) to become a hot tub technician, qualifying me to work on customers hot tubs & starting my journey as a technician.
Since then I have also completed my water management training in Dumfries at Solway Water Management (also BISHTA recognised) which focuses on HSG282 - hot tubs in business settings, for holiday lets, Airbnb's, holiday parks & much more.
I continue to learn on the job and whenever I can online, and always on the lookout for any courses to further my training - any make, model or hot tub I am happy to work on.
